Modern Slavery Statement

Overview

This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by Inforexx during the year ending 31 August 2021 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Introduction

Inforexx seeks excellence in every aspect of our business and strives to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and ethical business practice. We are committed to conducting our business in a lawful manner, and this includes engaging with our suppliers to ensure that they share our high standards. We fully support the objective of the Modern Slavery Act of 2015, which requires businesses to set out what steps they have taken during the financial year to ensure that modern slavery is not occurring in their supply chains and in their own organisation.

Structure of Organisation

Inforexx is a technology experts company and a rapidly growing Managed IT Services Provider. We have become an established and credible alternative to the "disappointing average service, but expensive"' large multi-billion Managed Service Providers and IT Outsourcers through our niche-focused activities and close cooperation with our clients. Inforexx delivers business without compromise for clients across various industries and organisations. We understand and can support the specific challenges faced in particular sectors. Our unique approach ensures effective delivery of the new solutions, operational efficiency and security to the level our clients' industry demands. We work closely with our clients where core cooperation is based on close personal collaboration and open communication. We always drive mutual expectations to ensure we clearly follow the same path with our clients towards agreed goals.

We have established several key partnerships and work with leading companies in the IT industry. Our suppliers, providers and service partners – are all chosen because they actively contribute to a critical aspect of our operations. We foster long-term relationships with these key partners and avoid making demands that might lead to them violating human rights. The core values in our works in the company and with our partners' cooperation are honesty, fairness, transparency, inclusiveness and appropriate valuation of every person's contributions.

Policies

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We commit to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, in addition to implementing effective due diligence to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain. We encourage a whistleblowing approach so that all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals. We conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. Our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy details our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and commitment to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and corruption. This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Inforexx in any capacity.

Supply Chain Management

To ensure that the wider Inforexx service offering is in accordance with the direction of the policy on aspects of Modern Slavery, Inforexx strongly requires all contractors and partners to be similarly opposed to slavery and human trafficking. Inforexx vets contractors and partners with aspects of the Modern Slavery Act.

The size and nature of our business have grown considerably over recent years. We will continue to review our working practices, train our colleagues and review our contractors and partners with regard to opposing slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to respond to Modern Slavery Act information requests from our clients.
